to all men who play a role in the life of children
This is an open discussion group
based on the
“Nurturing
Fathers Program” curriculum
Some
topics covered will be:
Different
cultures and styles
Self
nurturing
Discourage and encouraging messages
Nurturing
and non-nurturing father practices
Successful
discipline and more.

Group focuses on “grandparents
and kinship caregivers” that provide primary care for their relatives’ children and meets to provide informal navigational
services to one another through sharing resources, support, stories, and encouragement. Groups offered by the collaborating efforts of Head Start and Area
